How can i get my dog to not have a chin that is just dripping with water when she drinks from a bowl?

I have a bulldog, and when she drinks water from her bowl she comes back a very drippy chin. Are there any trick or bowls that can get her to not push her head so far in to the bowl?? Or is there a better bowl than the normal stainless steel bowl?

I have the same problem with my neapolitan mastiff. We just keep a drool rag handy. Comes with the breed….

The idea of this may be strange, but have you considered a bottle? Yes, like the kind you use to water rodents, only way bigger, and yes, they do make them that big. It might take a while for her to get used to the idea, but it just might work.
At least I’m trying here and not just telling you it can’t be helped like everyone else had been when I started typing up the answer.

not possible, but try putting a towel by the water dish to catch some of the water. Its naturally what dogs do

its just part of being a dog maybe

if he doesn’t mind it why should you?

Get a deep dish with a smaller circumference, so she can’t get her whole mug in there.

I would try a shallower bowl, but there is not much you can do. It is just the breed.

Nope, she’s gonna drip. When the dog leans down for the tongue to reach, the water laps onto their snouts.

you must have a bowl that is way too deep for her. Elevate it or buy a smaller one.

that is just how bull dogs are made there are no changing in that

try shaving off all her hair by her chin

That’s just what happens. My dog does it too, but at least he licks it all up! If you’re worried about all the dripping try putting down a towel under his bowls.

If you can’t find a way to solve it, remember, it’s just water!!!
