How can i get my dog to not have a chin that is just dripping with water when she drinks from a bowl?

Author: I have a bulldog, and when she drinks water from her bowl she comes back a very drippy chin. Are there any trick or bowls that can get her to not push her head so far in to the bowl?? Or is there a better bowl than the normal stainless steel bowl?

Veterinarians or dog experts, I have a problem with my German Shepherd called "passive urination".?
The vets and trainer we worked with haven’t offered much help, just telling our family to try to be very quiet and low-key around her. They have said it is a personality characteristic in her, and no medical or other treatments were recommended. She is 7 years old, is spayed since before age 1, yet has ALWAYS "tinkled", aside from relieving herself in the yard. She is submissive, especially around me (I’m the Alpha Female, I guess), and will leave a spot of urine when she sits or lays. She will also urinate, seemingly purposefully by squatting, when excited (for example, we can’t get the leash out in the house, and have to be ready to mop up when friends she knows and likes come to visit). I cannot keep up with cleaning nor possibly locate all of the urine from carpets, floors, blankets, her kennel, and wherever else she rests. HELP!!
PLEASE don’t misunderstand my meaning, we would never, ever, ever give her up. She is a much-loved member of our family since she was a puppy. I am just tuckered out (Mom gets to do it all, by default 
!) from cleaning all the upholstery, washing blankets, pillows, and carpets DAILY, and the house still smells like pee! I am so sorry, I never meant to imply we would let her go in any way, but thank you for your concern about that!

I'm leaving for the weekend. Is it okay for me to leave a my rottweiler in the backyard by itself?
I have automatic feeder and water system, insulated dog house, and escape-proof yard.
Also, i leave kong toys have spring pole.

Who can tell me about a rear attaching rack for a bike meant for attaching a basket?
I am a high school teacher who likes to get part time jobs over the summer. This summer, one of my jobs will be working as kennel help in my county’s humane society. It’s located in the next town over and I plan on riding my road bike. I want to take my dog Bernie to work with me. The distance is much too far (about 5-7 miles) to consider a simple bike basket–it just wouldn’t be safe for him. What I would like to do is mount a rear attaching rack that attaches to both the seat and the back wheel and then attach a small dog carrier (my pup is only about 14 pounds) securely to the rack. Here are my questions:
What would be a good rack to purchase for this purpose?
What is the most secure way to attach the rack?
What is the best method for attaching the carrier? (All I can think to do is drill holes in the bottom of the carrier, zip tie it to the rack, and then cover the bottom of the carrier with a carpet remnant).
Is this project worth attempting?

dream–pls advise?
i have a seen house..i enter inside open the door then i see another door and when i opened that door i seen another room downstair..and when i enter the room there is another room in which there was a female dog roaming and when i enter that room i saw down i saw there was another female dog in a bucket filled with water two boys were beating that bitch she was trying to come out but they finally killed her and the earlier dog who was in the room trying to run out but i locked her and came out of the house.pls advise the meaning
